Default Lake Mills, Jefferson, Watertown how is the real estate market?
I am interested in investing in 4 plexes and 8 plexes between Madison and Milwaukee. What does anyone know about the Jefferson, Watertown, Lake Mills area? How about Fort Atkinson? Thank you for any input.

Thumbs up Lake Mills
I have lived in Lake Mills for three years and love it. It has wonderful activities for kids and Rock Lake is beautiful. I commute to Madison for work and have to say you can't beat living in Lake Mills!

Lake Mills is a nice town. It has a number of antique shops and a small town atmosphere.

awesome library system
good schools-public and private
decent community center
lots of churches
right off interstate 94
Walgreen's
ice skating rink in commons park in the winter
great Mexican restaurant
Snap fitness
Lakers gym
decent pizza places
