Hi, Thank you for all the invaluable advice. Spouse and I have been discussing the best neighborhood for us in Madison. And the more we think about it, we feel that, closer to school may not be the best solution for us at this point in our lives. We have been going over many apartment listings but were wondering anyone in the group happen to know or recommend condos and or apartment rentals which are in quieter neighborhood and farther away from undergrad infested stomping grounds.
