Default Reputable "head hunters" for relocation to Maine?

My husband and I visited Maine for the first time in the late 1990s and fell in love with it. We vacationed in Maine and Massachusetts each summer for five or six years, and each time came away feeling that we belong in New England - especially Maine. We would move in a heartbeat if we could only find jobs. Both of us have Masters degrees, and have plenty of experience, but we're not sure how to go about finding employment. We've tried "Jobs in Maine" and the classified ads from Maine newspapers, but nothing much has come of it.

Any ideas of a reputable employment agency or head hunters group that could help out? Thanks!

Hi Shonner,

I might be able to help you with some of my contacts in Human Resources. Can you tell what kinds of jobs you and your husband have held and what part of Maine you would be looking at?

Thanks

WhoFanMe:
Thanks for the response! I recently quit a tenured position as a professor of education. I actually have 30+ hours beyond my Masters. My husband has degrees in military history and is currently a researcher/writer for a military organization. We have been mainly to the coastal areas of Maine as far up as Bar Harbor, but would consider anything in the eastern half of the state.

Any suggestions you have would be appreciated!
