We went to Thomas Pooint Beach on the 4th, was a nice wind off the water. Headed home and once we got inland, was hot and humid. My mom said they've not had many hot days this summer. We've been in the 90s quite a bit.
Give us a few months and everyone will be complaining its too cold. LOL

I had a 3 month TDY assignment at Loring AFB near Limestone, ME in the early 70's. What a great place to spend the summer. There were a few days in the 80's but most of the time it was in the 70's. I loved those cool nights and those long, long days of the northern latitudes.
I'm living in western Colorado now. Since June 19th, the lowest high temperature has been 95 with 7 days of 100 or more. Those 80 degree highs in northern Maine would feel delightfully cool in comparison!
many blessings....Franco

Sorry, I have a very hard time trusting Algore.. He's not too popular here in his HOME state of Tn.. Y'all can have him!
Hot and humid summers are the best.
Take care
