Does the town have a Code Enforcement Officer? He would be the one the property owners
would have to deal with for permits etc. I have known people who originally brought property that was going to be seasonal and then converted it to year round for all the seasons. Also depending on exactly how they are making it "year round", could they still be grandfathered in any town ordinances as long as they don't exceed certain criterior?
