Definitely not eccentric. You have to be a rich city-feller to be eccentric. The rest of us is just kooks.

Coming from someone who wears either the bottoms of her PJs or the tops of her PJs, but never both matched as a set at the same time, I should think that you would be the local expert on eccentric.

Any opinions on a job as a code enforcement officer?
I know a fair amount about construction, work on my own house, and friends. From what I read every city in maine is required to have a licensed one by law and people are retiring or just too old to climb around job sites. My goal would simply be to make sure people building safe, not to bust their chops on little stuff. It would take some classes and always needing to keep up with classes, but looks promising as a job.
Anyone know someone who does it for a living?
Average time as a career?
Decent Living $ ?
Benefits?

I just sent off a couple more resumes... one for a part-time bookkeeper/office mgr for a plumbing company and one to Orono Chiropractic where they want to train an office manager/chiro assistant. Heck I already know how to manage an office... someone put in a good word for me with the doc, 'k? My chiropractor here will vouch for my spinal integrity.
