It has always been said that if Marden's were open, then Augusta should be open also. Cutting the positions and firing all the 'non essential' State employees, is a good place to start trimming the State budget! Privatize the road maintainance and save, save, save! Private enterprise always watches their costs cutting out the dead wood and slackers, unlike Maine government.

Sure. Like Goldman Sachs, GM, Enron, Citigroup.

Private enterprise is about getting the most profit, which is fine for many things. But not public service. Clear roads are a public service.
