Why so many vacancies in Rockland?
I'm sure seeing a lot of low priced rental homes in Rockland. Why? Isn't it a nice area?

Just out of curiousity, do you use a certain website to look at rentals? Since we'd like to rent too before we buy when we move to Maine, I'd really appreciate the info. Thanks  ! |

Sorry, it was the MaineCoastNow Publication that includes the Republican Journal and other mid-coast area newspapers.

Some may be vacation rentals, but most appear to be year-round rentals.
