Default House in Caribou

Hi my friends from Caribou!
Are you familiar with the area/neighborhood this house is in? Have you seen this property? I figured since it's a small city (thank God!) my friends from Caribou may have some input on the property... Any is very appreciated. thank you very much.

What a pretty little house......it looks charming (and relatively new and in great shape). I can't believe the price!

I know that neighborhood. Fontaine Drive is right behind the Evergreen Cemetery and you can get to it either through the cemetery or off of York Street (maybe not the cemetery now, they had talked about closing that connection at one time years ago). Fontaine Drive makes a loop up on top of the hill. I don't know what side of the loop this place is on, but if it is on the right side as you enter the loop there would be a rather steep hill behind the property. Haines Street (if I recall right) is the connecting street from York Street to Fontaine Dr. Not a bad neighborhood. Not an award-winning one, but not bad. Typical for Caribou really, mix of houses and incomes. It would be rather quiet for traffic (I'm willing to bet 1/2 the people who live in Caribou couldn't tell you where it is ). By the photos it looks to be in decent shape for the price.

I had a couple of friends who lived right below on York Street, which is why I know where Fontaine Dr. is. Walking distance to Fredricks in the summer which would be a bonus for the pizza.

Great neighborhood. Cul de sac off on its own, up on a hill. Great views of town up there.

Thank you guys! I really liked the house, specially the veranda. Not sure about the proximity to the cemetery though...Call me superstitious, but that put me off a bit. The price is unbelievable. BTW maineguy8888, I was waiting & hoping for you to answer

I take it Fredricks of Caribou is not like Fredricks of Hollywood.
