Default Ok. Update: House going on market Sept 1...
In our current market situation, the realtor advised us to go ahead and list at the beginning of the school year. Even if it sells in the first 30 days (not likely in our area) we'll still have plenty of time before closing for DH to finish his class and make arrangements for "the big move".

Now, we just have to break it to the mother-in-law! She's known for a long time this was in the future plans, but she has no idea the future just arrived for us! PRAY FOR US!!
