Would you care to actually state a problem, issue, or possible cohesive argument?
Somehow, I doubt that the entire town of Caribou hates teenagers. Is this a new thing?

Sounds as if you ARE a teen with a personal beef with the local authorities, and, quite possibly your parents.

Hi Well I thought a town not caring about there teenagers was a problem and no not all the people hate teenagers but the word teenager up here is in alot of peoples mind means trouble and they don't like having them around. The only people who seem to be interested in them are the police. I really like teenagers and they are our future adult's!

I am actually a parent. I am 51 years old and I care about children and I am especially concerned about our teenagers because I have seen them be treated very unfairly by so called adults.

I'll bite.
So please, state some truths. What you're saying here sounds somewhat generic - as if expecting teens to behave like those future adults they will be is somehow unfair...? Be specific, and perhaps the discussion will go in a different direction; however, right now, you do sound like a disgruntled teenager.

Okay well here's one. In 1988 the city of Caribou was going to ban skateboarding in the whole city of Caribou even the side streets. Well some local teenagers where taked into going to the city counsel meeting to fight for there right's and because they stood up for themselves the counsel decided they could not ride in the downtown area but the rest of the town was open to them.At the meeting the counsel said they would see about making them a place to skateboard. Those teenager's are in thier early thirties now and have no belief in there town leaders words.Promises are not kept up here unless you have the right name.
