That is Cutler. One of two US operated VLF transmitters. The other is Lualualei.
There once were VLF transmitters at Annapolis, Adak, Stockton, LaMoore ND, and Jim Creek Wa.
Russia has a big long list of VLG transmitters.

I was kind of curious about that when I saw it, I know there are two SW antennas in Maine, one is WBCQ which is in Monticello Maine with studios in Kennebunk, and World Harvest Radio has one in Greenbush Maine.

Harpswell Motif 1
Went down the road to Harpswell last weekend....the wind got the better of the camera in this shot, but I just like the atmosphere of it, and hope you enjoy.
A bit of sadness for me as I write this. We'd just decided to permanently relocate to Harpswell if possible after several years of soul-searching for that last great never-gonna-move-again place --- and now we find that a change in jobs is going to require yet another move. Life is never dull in my corner of the world but I would like to stop being a rollin' stone someday.....
