OW. If I were there, I'd offer you the comforts of hot chocolate for those 21 and over.

My grandparents used to make up "nursing *****" when they had a baby animal they needed to hand-feed and nurse along. I'd bet that pink blankie of yours would soak up a LOT of comfort drink!

Quite a surprise! I went out to the garden to reclaim my metal posts and remove the tomato trellis and found this most lovely cauliflower! It was delicious last night.

and some of the trees in KAFs woods...

I can grow my own cauliflower!!! YAY! Low carber's delight! That's a beauty, Star! I can't imagine the taste of fresh cauliflower. I don't remember my grandparents ever growing it.

It is a cool season vegetable, supposedly hard to grow. I had a couple small heads on other plants early on, then they had a tendency to get away from me and start to go to flowers.

Broccoli too grows well, if you like it as well. My family always liked the "little trees" (the kids called them that).

It tasted great! I cooked the last of the broccoli as well, which made a "mess" for K as he prefers his cauli raw, with a dip.

In Grand Lake Stream. There were two cows but the second crashed into the woods so fast we barely saw her. This one didn't stick around long because of the camera flash.
