Llama Ostrich Redemption
Ok, we finally made it there today... just past the Hermon town offices, on the opposite side of the street.
I was disappointed though --- Not a single llama or ostrich in sight. In fact, they do not even redeem them any more, just the typical bottles and cans.
(I was told the folks who used to have the place had both kinds of critters and the folks who have it now -- I was talking to an employee -- just kept the name and the [rather weatherbeaten] sign. And the place is currently for sale....)

Hi folks, i don't get on here as much as i used to. we are very close to getting our place, hopefully i'll be able to share details soon. don't want to jinx things till it's final. we got these photos on our last visit...we're taking this rainbow as a good luck sign. there were actually 2 rainbows, one was just very faint.

i'm sure we were one of many that had to stop and take this pic.
oh...just for the record on my rainbow photo in the previous posting...that's NOT the place we are hoping to buy...but a nice place we often stay when we are up there.

I think the rainbow is definitely a good sign. Best of luck to you (play the lottery, you never know...)

This was taken last weekend on the St. Croix flowage while we were fishing.
