I'm smack on the coast, & NOAA says that right now, it's 75F with 74% humidity. Thank goodness for the breeze, because it feels warmer. I've heard it's cooler on the coast, but !!!

And, to boot, I've just come in from stacking next year's firewood. Let's just say - it has already warmed me once!

I LOVE the heat & the humidity - bring it on!

PS - OP, hope that you have a wonderful visit to ME and that the weather behaves just as you'd like it to!

But the sweatshirt says, "Maine" and the jeans are damp above the cuffs.

73 degrees with low humidity and a breeze here on the Trans-Maine Trail.

It hit 101 today here in Camden. So glad I broke down and got a window a/c yesterday. The downstairs of my house is a comfy 79 degrees...

102 F today in Rhode Island, with "oppressive" humidity.

This is the season when I really suffer!

This is very good information to know for my future...I prefer it to be cooler all year round. Thanks for sharing the info.
