Let me know what you find as I love rabbit. It's the highest protein per pound of any meat commercially avaliable and is delicious. I used to buy it at Commercial Fruit in Portland years ago. Nothing like it. Rabbit meat could solve starvation for a large part of the world. It's also the only animal feces which can be added directly to the soil as a nutrient without being composted..

Don't know where you live, but I'm sure Herring Brothers in Guilford would do it.

I wonder if this is because rabbits are coprophagic...

No. It's very specific manure, usually first thing in the morning. It's not a formed ball like usual rabbit poop.

Rabbit is not the only manure used uncomposted on gardens. Llama and goat aren't "hot" manures. Ever drive by a hayfield and smell manure? It wasn't composted before being spread or sprayed.

It's not legal for resale.

I think in her original post she said she wanted to sell rabbit meat. It's been edited so I'm not positive it was that one.

Contact MOFGA or the Maine Dept. of Ag. They should know about rabbit processors.
