Best seafood is at Ken's Place on the Pine Point Road in Scarborough. It's just outside of the town of Old Orchard. The second best is The Clambake Restaurant, which is on the same road,

My wife is from Old Orchard and we always liked beach bagel for coffee and bagels. I have a brother in law that works at the captains galley on weekends and that is a very popular restaurant. Rising Tide in Point Point is very nice and right on the water. Wormwoods in Camp Ellis is a good place also. I never thought of Old Orchard as a romantic place, more of a party town.
