Boothbay Harbor restaurants (Rockland, Belfast, Ogunquit: house, plumbing, to eat)

I thought I'd try again since I was unsuccessful with my first attempt, asking about Rockland/Boothbay/Ogunquit, and instead getting replies abou Belfast.

I'm making my first trip to Maine for the specific purpose of a week of lobster, and I've pretty much settled on Boothbay Harbor. I know the places there which are touted for lobster. Does anyone have suggestions of non-lobster restaurants that they particularly like? Breakfast, for instance?

i believe the only restaurant that rings a bell in boothbay,,is called the seagull,,,thinkin its close to the water (ocean)
its been over 20 yrs since ive been there,,, but i enjoyed it,,had a full wide-range menu and indoor plumbing,,

if you are in boothbay,,take a ride over to christmas cove (in south bristol) its not far and its a picturesque fishing community,,..
and pemaquid point isnt far from there,,you can drive right to the lighthouse ,,get out and have a picnic on the waters edge,,

Wow, MB, if it had indoor plumbing 20 years ago, it's got to be pert near upscale now!!

Although touristy the lobster house across from Browns wharf was an excellent place to eat while the weather was good.1 1/4 lb lobster 1 bag mussels 1 ear of corn 1 beer was around 17 bucks or so.Pat L
