After being unemployed for a YEAR I have FINALLY got a job. I will be selling subscriptions and services for Dish Network and Direct TV. No pills and lotions for me!

I know I can sell this, because, hey, most people like television, right?

With commissions I can make $15-18 an hour.

Yay me!

If I didn't already have it I'd let you sell DirecTV to me! I love it! We have had DirecTV since 1997.

I just looked at 60 + applications and interviewed 21 people , I dont think there is one I should hire, but probably will.
Why is it that 25 year olds have a longer and better looking resume then a 45 Year olds with 25 Years work experience?
That is till you invite them to stop by...... So much bullcrap out there, I cant believe it. In our business you cant be hired if you where ever arrested, thats 30 % of the apps " well it was a long time ago etc" .....
How about longevity, anybody stay at a job more then a Year? get some thicker skin and deal with it. You dont like your Boss's childish behavior? Its a luxury to walk out on a job today, get you ego checked.

Did you mean arrested or convicted?

Innocent people are sometimes arrested and then set free. Why deny them jobs?
