Default Kahlua Brownies :)

yum! I didn't mention this earlier but you can substitute any liquer for the Kahlua...I keep thinking I'll try it with Frangelico, but I haven't yet. Also, I have used to Baker's Secret One Bowl Brownie recipe with this instead of the brownie mix. It works really well too

1 (211/2 oz) box Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
1/2 cup Kahlua (or any liquer)
1/2 oil
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake and cool completely before icing.

Icing
1/2 cup butter
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/2 T. Kahlua (or same liquer used above)
2-3 t. milk
Mix together, adding enough milk for spreading consistency. Ice brownies.

Glaze
1 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 t butter
Melt over low heat and drizzle over icing. Cool in fridge to set.

so, in another thread I mentioned that I'll walk in just about anything but ice. Well, I've changed my mind about that! It is pouring here, the wind is blowing a gale....the Lab and I are staying right here this morning! Not that she would mind--you wouldn't believe how much she loves the rain! I have to drive to Bangor today and if it keeps raining this hard it's gonna be a long drive! It's supposed to be changing over to snow right now in Western and Northern Maine--I'm soooo jealous Michael is leaving right about now from the high school. He's going to the state house today, then overnight at Univ Farmington, so he may actually get to be out in the snow! Not that he's dressed for it, you know how those teenage boys can be, he's wearing a hoodie. Crazy--last winter he only wore the inner part of his winter coat....not the outer shell and not the two together! Anyway, I've got to get moving....stay dry everyone! Be back tonight!

I'm jealous too. I'd rather drive in a little snow than this pouring rain. Have a safe trip!

Now, why didn't I think of that... Darn, I knew I shouldn't have sold that thing to that Farengi...

Molly, how was the play?
"just" a column and translate to much exposure and bigger things. Yeah, it is easy to get burned..

get it in writing and read the writing with a cynical eye?

Cool idea! Wonder if any Klingons ever sell their used ones at yard sales??

I am making today's batch of sourdough bread using Oat flour.

I have never done it using oat flour before, I wanted to play with other flours other than wheat.
