Going to be out until this evening again today. What a busy time of year! Yesterday Christmas and birthday parties - today baby sister's college graduation. Phew! I'm already tired, and Christmas hasn't even gotten here.

This is about the point each year when I'm ready to get the holidays behind us and settle back into routine!!

Talk to everyone tonight.

Talking Christmas Moose

Hey....I just figured out how to check my reps. (Okay, Florida HAS slowed my quick Maine wit down alot) I have been Moosed and Moused.
Thanks to all of you that are helping me sharpen up my Maine humor again.
Laughter is a wonderful Christmas gift you have all given me.

Alright, the DW is at work today and us boys just put up the Christmas tree. The Boy Scouts just swung by and we ended up with a great tree. I just want to know who measured the thing though. I wanted a 7 footer and they brought over a few trees to pick from. got it in the house and even after I cut off the bottom a bit to expose a fresh cut it was still over 8 foot tall, well over 8'. The Puppys eyes lit right up when I brought it into the house. It was almost like I could hear him saying, "It's about time. It is getting cold outside and now I have an indoor bathroom like you guys do." LOL. Actually he has been real good about it and is staying away from it.

Oh yeah, my brother is going home today from the hospital. Woo Hoo!! Took him off the pain drip and watched him overnight to make sure the pain was under control. Dr. came in about 1/2 an hour ago and is kicking him out. He was ready to jump the fence and go home yesterday morning, but they wanted to keep him one more day just to make sure everything was good. Somebody is going to have to sit on him to keep him quiet and not real active this next week, and into next week. After that he has the green light to get out and about. They are afraid he will try to get back to working too soon, as are the rest of us who know him.

Yeah, he is a good guy. Always there for everybody else, and now is a time we get to return some of the hundreds of favors he has done.
