YEAH! The holidays are messing with Steve's schedule so he has work to do today. He has to go to Millinocket. Millinocket in my mind = Katahdin. I've been going through camera withdrawals so I'm going with him. I've never been out that way in winter so I'm excited. Is it sad that I can't wait to get to the Golden Road? Has my life become so pathetic? Heck no! Katahdin's beautiful any time of year.

I'm eager to get out of here and going too fast. I just tied one boot and realized that while I managed to get two socks on, they're both the same and neither are wool. brrrr....off comes the boot. Let's try this again! Ya, I'm blond.

Yes, I got more moose droppings too! Thanks!! I've never been so happy to be pooped on, and trust me, with 3 kids, I've been pooped on a lot!
Caribou is a very pretty town. Looks like they had a fresh dump of snow. |

Oh yeah a few more inches, nothing much. Yesterday about 3-4" last night about another 1" is all. Last few days we have had about 14-16" of fresh stuff. Not too much all at once so you don't really notice how much we have been getting. I can deal with 4 or 5 inches every other day better than 18-24 overnight, jeeze I hate moving that much snow.
