32 hrs 27 min from Houston to Belfast according to Mapquest. Add kids stopping for bathroom and snacks along the way, and it took us about 38 hours. LONG drive! In a new Hyundai...

Yea but the electric broom that I souped up is faster... just gotta figure how to carry the batteries, 'cause coming to the end of the cord just AIN'T fun!
BTW, to go TOTALLY off topic, have you by any chance ever seen any of the Japanese animation series called Oh My Goddess? It is cute... what brought this to mind was the broom and vaccuum thing; in their opening title screen the older two of the three main characters fly by on the brooms and then a few moment later in zips the young one riding a canister vacuum. The young'un is a Goddess-in-training and as you might well imagine gets into all kinds of interesting situations.
