Authentic Chai tea is amazing, Celestial Seasoning has the only boxed version that's decent. I also like mint, peppermint, earl grey, oolong. For iced tea I make it from regular tea like Lipton or Salada.

There is only one way to drink tea and that's using black tea (English PG Tips) brewed for 5 full minutes in BOILING water with a dash of milk (not skimmed or fat free). Sugar can be added for the sweet tooth.

Flavoured teas are sacrilegious.

Lipton is absolutely terrible and shouldn't even be considered tea.

Just a few ramblings from a avid British tea drinker.

Anyone who adds milk to either tea or coffee is polluting it and shouldn't bother drinking it at all.

PG is OK but it's not *that* much better than Lipton.

Actually, I'm more of a coffee snob. Tea is OK sometimes, when you're sick. Coffee puts hair on your chest.
