In NC we have a drought and I was very glad to count the 6.5+ inches in my rain guage due to Gabby. 5.5+ inches yesterday (and I don't know how long it had been FULL) when I dumped it after the dogwalk, and another inch by this morning.
But sun is out now and its hot again. They are teasing us with promise of showers all the rest of the week though. COME ON RAIN!! Come where you are NEEDED, not in the soggy midwest and TX.

its finally raining here in NH too! ... And its chilly! A perfect NE day... We needed it bad for sure, and I hear its suppose to stick around for a little cause the cold front hitting the NE stalled out over us.
