Baked, stuffed sweet potatoes.
Traditional Mashed potatoes with turkey giblet gravy

Homemade cheese and rosemary rolls

relish tray with black olives, green olives, tiny pickles, tiny ears of corn, tiny carrots

green bean casserole with slivered almonds and Durkee's onion rings.

Pumpkin Pie and Apple Crisp

Nice bottle of wine

some sausage and cheese balls and a mexican taco dip for appetizers.

Next day, leftover turkey covered with Raye's Harvest Mustard, heated and served with leftover mashed potatoes, green beans and stuffing on an open faced sandwich.

Anyone else doing a special dinner?
Can you give me your address? DM is fine, you don't have to broadcast it around. In fact, PLEASE don't let anyone else know.

That sounds like one of the most wonderful Thanksgiving Dinners I've ever seen.

Corgis - I am pretty sure we are having dinner on Thanksgiving day at the Harraseeket in Freeport. Either their main dining room or the Broadarrow Tavern. We meet my daughter and her family there as they drive up from Dover NH, and we drive down from Bangor. But on second thought I may drop by your house. lol

Starwalker - be just a bit cautious with the "Spenda" word around now is that it can cause a rise in blood pressure - those that have it may want to avoid Spenda

I had dinner at the Angler restaurant (Rt. 2 Carmel/Newport) a week ago Sunday. The Citrus Chicken would have been good except they put waaaayyy too much rosemary on it. I like rosemary and use it a lot, but I think a little goes a long way.

Wondering...about starting a restaurant review thread, reviews posted within 24 hrs of visit (time can twist memory).
