Let them try it!
It is a good learning experience, I did it once as a kid.
I have not seen your movie though, it usually should leave a nice little piece of hide stuck right there [it sure did for me], and it makes a lasting impression too.

Yeah, that movie is a classic. Should watch it if you get a chance. It always comes at Christmas and they play it several times. The kid gets "double dog dared' and he sticks his tongue on the flagpole. Lo and behold, the police have to come and get him off. It really is a cute movie.
I guess kinda like when your tongue sticks to an ice cube, but alot worse huh??

Same idea but much much worse! It usually results in having to tear the tip of your tongue free with bleeding and pain etc. But I lived thru it when the big kids got me to put my tongue on the bridge railing on the way to school when I was about 6.

I back-in in the winter in case I need a jump start. Easy to jump start a car when its facing the other car trying to jump start it.
Maine winters are battery killers.

When my daughter's friend did it they used hot chocolate to get her unstuck. She KNEW what was going to happen but someone dared her and you know how die hard tomboys are.

Zymer gets the prize.
You back in so when the spaces beside you get taken by cars parked too close you can still get out. Up here about 70% of the total vehicles on the road are pickups. Many parking spots are designed by city people who have no idea what we drive. When you get a whole row of pickups you can barely open your door wide enough to get in. Maybe that's why you see so many sliding windows in the back of pickups, so the driver can get in when there is about 3 inches of clearance on each side. Sometimes it would be a good idea to have a remote for the sun roof to get in. This is why you so often see pickups parked several spaces away from the pack. The driver knows he can get back in.

I find that it's easier to navigate around the parked vehicles while in reverse than it is the parking lot pedestrians . Also it makes for a quicker getaway!
