Calais Area
Anyone have a house for sale by owner? We will be moving back up to Washington County hopefully at the beginning of Feb. Our house is on the market here.. It should sell quickly, but we can't travel back up north til we are sure the winter is over. We have the cash.. we just need the house..lol....  |

Winter being over in February is optimistic but it would work for me. I have a house in Princeton, 20 miles from Calais. I'd rather not have to list it with an agent and I'm willing to make one heck of a deal. DM is you're interested in details.

I lived in Baileyville, Maine for a couple of years. Moved down to Georgia and absolutely hate it. I miss being able to go to Canada, especially to St. Andrews By the Sea. I also want to get an affordable house and have no mortgage. I miss the eagles and the moose. I didn't appreciate Maine til I moved.. Now I am dying to get back!!!!!!!!
