Default 411 on Hallowell and Richmond

I am torn between Hallowell or Richmond. We have located homes in both towns. Wonder what the Mainers think of either or both places? Thanks.

Less traffic in Richmond. Hallowell should have been called Hillowill most of the town is on the side of a big hill

you make it seem as if Hallowell has a traffic problem. Hallowell is very close to Augusta as a bonus over Richmond if that makes a difference. You probably already knew that. From Richmond you could commute to Augusta or Brunswick though.
