I use the frozen apples in pies, pancakes, muffins, struedel, cake, with pork. My DH puts some in heis oatmeal. I'm sure there's a dozen ways to use them.

Milk $4.09 at the bread thrift store in Auburn, $4.69 at walmart -both Hood (no hormones)
Half N Half half gallon- 4.19
cream cheese store brand .98/8 oz block
cheddar $2.68/8 oz block
Eggs 18ct large white $1.39 year round farm stand in Auburn
Low Fat cottage cheese 24 oz. $2.09
Real, salted butter 4 sticks $1.98 -same
GM Wheat cereals don't know - never touch 'em
Sugar Free syrup -don't know - sounds too weird - prefer real maple - get locally
Splenda big bag -I've seen this at B.J.s (warehouse) I think their brand is about the same as your price
Jiffy corn muffin mixes .30 per box
water packed tuna cans .50 on sale at walmart
canned salmon with bones-don't know -we get it fresh here
Barilla Plus pasta $2.64 box- Big lots had whole wheat past $1.00/1lb package
Ragu Spagetti sauce-don't know-we can our own-things grow like crazy here
Velveeta block -ick - you may enjoy visiting the many local dairys and their farm shops
Lipton tea bags 24 ct family $1.69 at walmart
Peanut Butter 28 oz store brand $2.12
Whole wheat bread store brand $1.39 loaf -same at bread thrift store - always fresh
12 Whole wheat tortillas $2.68 - I've got a great recipe for these! - much cheaper
Veggie Bac'n package -don't know - never heard of it
Veggie Beef crumbles ?
Veggie Chick'n ? - boca burgers go on sale for $2.50/pckg of 6
Whole wheat frozen waffles $2.00 - again easy to make & freeze
Frozen veggies 16 oz bag store brand .98-$1.39 bag-you might give these up for fresh once you get here, or better yet get yourself a separate freezer and plant a large garden
Frozen Tilapia fillets-don't know prefer Haddock or catfish
Frozen Cod $3.99/lb - about the same
Frozen shrimp 26-30 ct "Extra large" $5.99 lb/3.99 on sale-I think these are more here, they are not local. Our Maine shrimp run about $1-$2/pound, but are smaller
Frozen scallops small ones -?
Totinos Frozen pizza -ick. I have a great pizza dough recipe
bananas .39/lb-same, sometimes cheaper
lettuce .99/head romaine at the year round farm store
brocolli crowns $1.39/lb - farm store
brocolli whole w/stem $1.19/lb - farm store
onions .69/lb
apples 2.49/5 lb bag - we have tons or orchards here, but plant a tree. I didn't do anything to the apple tree in my yard and harvested 200lbs of apples this year (no exaggeration) - needless to say, we have a lot of applesauce.
cucumbers 2 for $1 - farmstore
cauliflower 1.69/head
bell peppers 1.19/lb
carrots 1# bag organic .79 at the farmstore
mushrooms bulk-don't know
grapes $2.99/lb would be a good sale in the winter here, usually $3.69/lb
potatoes 10# bag $2.49 - tons of potatoes in Maine
fresh bagels from deli -don't know, there aren't that many deli's here, dunkin donuts kind of runs things here - they have bagels, but I don't know what they cost.

We don't buy this, but I see it in the sale papers:

ground beef 1.29/lb on sale- $2.79/lb for organic grass fed
fryer breast bone in 1.77/lb on sale-don't know
catfish nuggets 1.49/lb on sale-? Filets $1.79/lb
pork sirloin chops .98/lb on sale
whole chickens 1.29/lb on sale
T-bone steaks 4.99/lb on sale-don't know

You'll definitely want a garden. I have an outside water spigot, but I've never turned it on. We get enough rain to water everything, making gardening even more thrifty. We also have lots of discount places here: Marden's, big lots, caswells, Down East food supply (check this one out in Auburn for bulk buying.) -lots of farm stands too.
