I was told by a lawyer one time they can indite a tree! I wonder if they actually found any drug's this time?? None in the Lucien Woo case. Did these people get Indited by the THOUGHT POLICE (We thought there was drug's let's put him in jail.) Hope there was some drug's in these cases or pretty soon everyone in Aroostook County will be in jail not because they had drugs but because the THOUGHT POLICE thought they might be thinking about it! Our justice system stink's.Only my opinion.Go to Caribou: Drug crimes top indictments in County (http://bangornews.com/news/t/aroostook.aspx?articleid=158839&zoneid=175 - broken link)

Frankly I am glad the the Maine DEA and the local cops are cracking down on these dealers, manufacturers, and users. If they truly are innocent and there truly is no evidence of unlawful activity, then they walk. If not they join their buddies in the klink, where they can get more time added for trying to deal in jail as well. Happens everyday, in every state, no real news. As for Caribou making the news for busting these "people," good for them, clean up the streets for the rest of us.

Seems to me the Caribou PD is doing a great job and should be praised for getting these people off the streets. It was just a short time ago you were complaining about the Caribou PD LTTT, looks like they've really stepped up to the plate. Nice to know they're not out there sitting on the side of the road waiting to ticket someone going 7 over.

Amen to that Mollysmiles! Glad they are finally doing something and getting these guys off the streets. For years around this area a cars dome light was referred to as the "dope light".

Yay Caribou! I may have to add it back to my "Places to look at property" list!! Sounds like the PD is doing an awesome job and need to keep up the good work. Maybe we should send them "Thank You" cards!

You know, in reading the OP, I guess that I'm not really sure what this thread is about. I thought it was about Maine, but then I see the "our justice system" part. There's a title, but....hmmm.....I thought the Woo thread was closed....

Just used it as example let's get back to what the definition of a indictment is and if we are innocent until proven guilty and not by the "THOUGHT POLICE"
