If you like hot weather and almost no snow, you should have bought our house in Texas. Of course, everything bites, stings, stabs, or cuts. But the people are great! Me, I'll take the endless days of snow in exchange for being able to breath and move around and get outside! Is it just me or is the grass getting greener by the day?

yes it is greening up, and down Bangor way, I am seeing a hint of green on the deciduous trees, as the buds begin to swell. The Weeping willows are leafing out here in Corinth.

I guess when I think east of Bangor - I think Holden, Dedham, Ellsworth, Trenton, Bar Harbor etc. To me the airline (Rt 9) is Northeast.

Arazzengene - I was wondering what brought you to Bangor as you seem to dislike winter so much. I also am wondering what hours you are visiting the downtown as the whenever I go, I find no place to park. Perhaps you mean after 9 on weeknights.
