Hey folks! I have a message from the fabulous Mrs. M! She's had a death in the family and will be taking a break for a few days.

I know we all love her and wish her healing!

Oh hell it takes a lot more than this to embarrass me. I'm 43. I'm sure the headache is hormonal. It's only like this in the winter. Steve pointed out this morning that I'm spending too much time with desk work and not enough in physical work. He's right. I feel better when I'm working hard. I'm going to go for a long snowshoe today. The dogs could use some exercise too. If nothing else it should snap me out of wimpiness dealing with the headache.

A main symptom of SAD (seasonal affective disorder) is headache. Sounds like your body is telling you to get from behind the desk, and go get some exercise and sunlight if available. Even a cloudy day will get your body some sunlight. Just a thought.

As many of you know, SAD is why I had to leave my home state. My main symptom was just depression and lethargy. Winters killed me. Happily though, I always come home several times in the summer! I just yesterday started entertaining the thought of just spending the whole summer there. Why not, the kids will love to have me camped out on their couches all summer! (not)

On a side note - deepest sorrow for Molly and her loss.
