elcarim - I'm mostly over the sick part, just don't have a lot of energy. I've been taking a wonderful over the counter medicine called EmergenC to put minerals and vitamins back in my body and I think I'm starting to perk up a little. I'd probably be doing better but this dang cough wears me out. I gotta start getting a lot better cause it's now only-------52 days.

I hope you feel better soon corgis. I'm still miserable with it here though the fever part of the mess seems to be done. The whole town seems to be sick.

I'm so sorry to have caused all this controversy As the original instigator I accept all the blame - moughie is innocent!!
Someone wrote that they had found a nice cat while looking for a dog. So I wrote about my cat who plays with the toilet water because it's a real dog thing to drink out of the toilet. And moughie had suggested a change in the thread's topic and I threw in the baseball in Arizona subject because that's her neck of the woods. And then things spun horribly out of control
Maine Writer gets a questionable rep comment and then is unable to open a pdf file !!! Yikes! I apologise to everyone who has become ensnared in this incident.
(Actually... It's all 7th generation's fault)

I do doubt that I am really innocent -though I am always happy to get ensnared in incidents caused by qw!
I wanted a change of topic away from the inappropriate direction a member of the tattoo crowd was pulling us toward.... And what a change I got- multiple levels of conversations going back and forth. Reminds me of 3-D chess on the old Star Trek.

Oh but quietwalker, it could have been worse. One of US could have been the tipsy fool with a burning gum wrapper on our forehead in public.
As for 7th, he's like that you know!

I had to stop reading that. I'm not old enough to know that stuff.
Signed,
Robin, who spent way too much time in the sun today as is evidenced by my silly mood and bright red face. Did you folks who aren't here yet know you can get sunburned in winter? Reflecting rays off the ice and snow make it worse.

Since this thread is always so off topic, perhaps it is really on a topic? But maybe the topic changes according to the moods of the posters?
The analogy is, that there is no analogy. Then perhaps there is no analogy at all. Therefore nothing on this thread is off topic.
Now if you aren't confused, correct me on my misinterpretation.

Actually that was an answer to the test on Miller Analogies Test given on the GRE exam years ago. Given the data: The analogy is that there is no analogy. By the way, I missed that question.
