1st Ever, Annual Ya-ya's and Yo-yo's Reunion in Eastport (homes, art)

Just one??? I will have about two weeks at the beginning and end of the summer and a week in the middle, but for 6 weeks, I will be in the Sunshine state, and not very happy.

I suspect there could be a weekly or bi weekly or even monthly meeting of all the ladies, and as usual, the men will tag along when they can.

YES!! Maine4.us that's just what SantaFe, Elcarim and I were talking about yesterday....we'll have to definitely have more than one get-together! I so loved talking with SantaFe (Tabitha) yesterday.....El (Tammy) had called her and she had no idea I was on the line until Tammy said "I have a surprise for you!" It was wonderful! I can't even begin to tell you how much I enjoyed our conversation and how sweet it was to talk to yet another person on the forum! We know we won't be able to get every single person there we'd like to meet the first time around, so we'll just have to keep meeting until we get everyone there!!

So, I guess we can plan our first get together of the summer in the 3rd week of June. How's Saturday, June 21 with everyone that can be there then? Or would Sunday be better, I'm really flexible.

I think at least a monthly gathering for those of us who will be close enough, then maybe a quarterly gathering for outta staters!

That's a good plan. My DH says that after we see where we are once we cover fall quarter (will pay this in late July) that we could possibly head up in September. Yippee!!!!@ Wonder if I should start working on my pirate wench costume?

Can I join the meet up? I would love to meet some of you that live in the area. Not knowing anyone in the area will be hard, (we are moving there the last week in May) so the sooner I can meet some people and make friends the happier I will be!! Anyone know if there is any kids playgroups? I would love to get together with other moms too so the kidos can play.....
