There's our Tammy! Did the doctors tell you what caused these blood clots? We don't want you to ever go through this again!

No. I'm on Lovenox injections for 3 more days and Coumadin for a full 6 months until I'm due for more lab work. They still aren't certain what caused it, but the rest of my bloodwork won't be back for another couple of weeks.

Well look who's home!! Tammy we have missed you and been so worried about you. Please don't do that to us again, or if you must misbehave, wait until you are "home" so we can take care of you!!!

Hm, I saw "we" like I'm already back there, but you know what I mean

So glad to hear that you are home and on the mend, El. You will continue to be in my prayers and thoughts as you recover.

I'm so pleased to hear about elcarim's recovery. Prayer works. Is there anybody who has not noticed what elcarim says when spelled backwards? I bet there are at least a few that never thought about it.

El, Thank the Good Lord that you are on the mend and back with us. You have been missed. TRY to be good and do what the Doctors tell you. I know how hard that is to do. My prayers are still with you daily as they are with all of you deah people here.

She did talk, back on the thread about our screen names, about how and why she chose that... prophetic? could be...

I know I had more than one set of goosebumps after my third daughter, Talitha (named from the New Testament... bonus points for anyone who knows the reference... it is NOT a name...) almost died of meningitis and was brought back to us, almost totally healed (she had slightly more learning issues and is deaf in one ear).
