My Mum had a Glenwood, cream and green colored enamel. It is nostalgic to me.

You know you guys are killing me. I was quite smitten with lehman's cook stoves for a long time (my favorite was the Sweetheart) - until I found out anything with an open flame was completely out of the question for me. That means the gas stove and gas fridge (brand new last summer) might have to go, too.
Perfect. Just perfect. NOT!

We have a wood cookstove at camp but not at the house. At the house we have a woodstove I cook on. It's a Pacific Energy with a flat top.
Alice, look at the link msina posted. It has stoves that can be converted to electric.

That was about what I had figured. Sorry to hear it... I am stuck with cooking on electric here and can't wait to get to where i can use gas and wood again.
