Well, I happened to be driving by  as the people were getting out of their vehicle, so we cruised the neighborhood nibbling our fast food supper while they were here. They stayed about 20 minutes, so I'm hoping that's a good thing. The realtor says that they're in and out in 10 flat when they're not interested. So, here's hoping! |

Oooo, I haven't checked this thread in days and just now came here and saw that you had a showing this evening! Very exciting!
When we sold our house 2 years ago, the people who bought it spent roughly 25 minutes there the first time and more than one hour there the second time ~~ they wrote an offer the next morning Fingers crossed tightly for you El! |

Time spent inside doesn't mean anything. My wife took 3-4 minutes to buy this house we have here - and I hadn't even seen it yet!
