Welcome, Ladyscorpian! You're young and you should travel the globe while you can! Nothing crazy about that at all. Do it before age and life set in!!
You never know when you'll arrive "HOME". Many happy adventures to you!!

Got a call from our realtor yesterday. She said the couple who pulled diclosures on our house have "definitely" narrowed it down to ours and one other up the street and will decide between the two.
That's the same thing we were told last week. I just get disgusted with indecisive people! Anyway, I'm not sure if they're waiting for an invitation or incentive or to see if the sky is falling or what.
I guess I don't understand this part of the game. What is likely going on at this point for them? Any ideas?
The good news is that we have had almost 30 fliers pulled from our box over the last 3 weeks, according to our agent's tracking. That's a good thing! We have quite a few slow drive-bys that are getting more frequent. One car slowed, stopped in front, backed up and turned and drove slowly down the side street checking out the lot today. So here's hoping for more action soon!

You made a great choice!
SMCC is a wonderful school with a campus located in the most beautiful part of S. Portland! The school is renown for its culinary arts program, among many others. I remember taking a microbiology class there for kicks, many years ago. During break I would walk along the path parallel to the ocean. Just gorgeous! Best of luck to YOU!
