Help
guys do u think 725 is expensive for monthly rent for student housing the people in finacial aid was staying it might be cheaper to rent I want to stay yearly and that equals out over 8,000 for 12 in the apartment and the dorms is 2 semesters but the apartment doesn't come with dining it's called Bayside Village Student Housing

There are a lot of 3 BR houses for that price for rent in various areas. Do your homework.

When moving my family to Maine, I rented an apartment near UM at Orono, while I continued to work on our house. It was a 2 bdrm apt, that included heat and hot water and we paid extra for allowing us to keep our dog. We paid $650/month.

My daughter's a few miles from campus. She's in a 2 bedroom apt, lights and heat included, $600 a month total. It's small but it's warm, safe and very clean.

I am in a one bedroom heat and water included but not hot water and not electricity. I pay $650 a month.
