Nature's song calls to me
Beckoning to shores Downeast
Deeply moving...hallowed
The peace she breathes leaves naught to dread!
She calls me to her bosom, "HOME! Nevermore to roam."

wow. I wonder how long before it feels real?? I'm thinking somewhere into the second week when you get here for coffee after dropping the girls off for school..... until then it'll feel like a vacation. Or maybe unpacking the truck?? I do know that your arrival is the bright spot at the end of an awful few days for me--I'm so glad you're on you're way!!

I've always found the first 2 weeks to feel like vacation, and then in the 3rd week the reality begins to set in. Hopefully a good reality.

Can you imagine how excited Tammy's family must be this morning??

lol... I know.... a few weeks ago they went down to Corpus Christi and the littlest one, Alexander, who is 3, thought when they returned they were heading to Maine. He threw a decent sized tantrum when he learned that wasn't quite how it was going to go! He's been wearing his snow boots for quite a while too! We'll see how he does walking in the snow with those! I can't wait... I bet there will be a lot of pictures coming!

That's funny! Time doesn't mean much to a 3 year old so I'm sure it seemed like forever before the move actually happened.

Can't wait to see the pictures

I suspect the "Are We There Yet" will commence as soon as they pull out of the driveway.

lol... I bet you're right... I know it's all ready started for me--I feel like I just want to keep calling: "where are you now? what are you doing? what do you mean you're stopped?? get back in the van!" ayuh...
