Default living east of bangor

how is the town of Clifton to live in? is it on the airport flight path or far enough away that it does not affect the area...
from the other postings about towns east of bangor does not sound like waht I'm looking for. I would like to be near Bangor but on the east side if possible.

thank you.

Clifton? Not much there. You definitely will not be bothered by any noise from airplanes, just tractor trailer trucks passing through town.

psychic, just a little further east of Clifton are the little towns of Amherst and Aurora.....the areas are very pretty, and the people that I've met from the towns are friendly and helpful. There's an old farmhouse along old Rt. 9 in Aurora with a big old red barn and a wraparound porch....with blueberry fields out back. I used to love to drive past that place! It would be a nice area to look into as well
