Thanks alot. Why are you trying to get people to move into my area? How would you like it if I told people to move to your neck of the woods?
Personally, I think that the commute from Blue Hill would be nicer and shorter than from Millbridge.
I like Millbridge and the people and atmosphere of the town are nice, but I'm used to this area.

LOL Wouldn't bother me a bit, as I am moving out of state.
I guess I am partial to Blue Hill since its my old stomping grounds.

Nope, already sold my house...and its not in Blue Hill. LOL The majority of my family is in that area, I grew up there although at times it was boring to a teenager. I feel the way about Blue Hill that you feel about Milbridge. To each their own.
We do have a house for sale near Msina though.

That's just great! Bait the new people into the area and then leave coz it's getting too crowded!
Commuting wise Blue Hill would be the better choice of the two towns. I think that I would look at the town of Franklin though. Close to Ellsworth and cheap still.

LOL. I left the Blue Hill area in 1974. Wish I could say I was leaving cuz its crowded, but am leaving for health reasons.
Yes Franklin would be a good town. I think the OP should check it out. Easy commute, rural...yep, sounds great. Surry is a nice town town.
