I've been watching this eagle nest (webcam) in Gorham Maine for the last three years. This pair of eagles has been returning for many years. It's nice to see a little glimpse of real time maine too.

There is at least 4 bald eagles hovering around the covered bridge area in Dover lately. They were in the paper a couple of weeks ago.

Default Almost a daily occurance in Lubec

They are around all the time.

One weekend I had a number of scuba divers up visiting the house and a couple of them were avid birders. They had the scope out on my back deck watching the seals playing in the Lubec Narrows and spotting the various ducks. One of them asked me about eagles and I said they are always around and sure enough one landed right in the spruce next to the house just 30 yards away. I then said for my next trick...

Eagles are around all the time at our camp in Charlotte. They like to land in the oaks around the shore. We even have a few here in Brooklin.

No fiddleheads until June this year!
