Default Winter in Maine...
~pops in to the forum, brushing snow off and generally making a wet mess...hehehee...Well folks, tis officually the Christmas season now with our first official looking SNOW!!!!! Anyone for cocoa with marshmallows??
Now that Ive dusted the lot of you with beautiful snowflakes, Im off to take a quick dash through the posts....humming christmas carols as i go hehehe

Ya, I remember snow in Maine!
We saw a little snow here in Austin,Tx a couple of times in the 13 years I've lived here,then it was gone.
I miss playing in it.
I don't miss shovling it or driving in it!

Just moved from Orrs Island, ME this past August to West Virginia (Wife hometown). I already miss the snow. Lived in Maine for 6 years and had a white Christmas every year but one.

Has snowed a couple times here, but nothing stuck. Was in the 30's last week and will be 60 today! I'm ready to dive into poverty again so I can have a better chance of a white xmas!

yes the south is getting the snow and the north is just getting cold thats all but there will be a turn around were the north will get the snow and it will be alot of snow and the south will have all the hot days and nights again
