NE - Now I see why you're unhappy living in WI. Being a resident of WI requires you to drink at least 1 bottle of Leinenkugel Honey Weiss a night It's brewed in Chippewa Falls, WI with real WI honey. It cures all ailments. I haven't had a cold or illness since I discovered "Leinie"s". Seriously, it is a good beer. While I "served my time" in Maine we kind of favored "Old Oxhead Sturdy Ale". Now that was some potent stuff.

Sometimes I think we are the only sober people in all of WI, especially on the weekends.
But ya know, I haven't had a cold since I started drinking cranberry juice every day, probably at least 7 years ago. And that is plain cranberry juice, no vodka.

Rum & cranberry juice, gotta try that. Speaking of juice; any cherry juice drinkers out there? I'm talkin 100% pure Montmorency Tart Cherry Juice. In my area it's bottled by Nature Blessed. It's a concentrate - you mix 1 ounce with 6 to 8 oz of water and drink one glass per day. (I drink two) It's supposed to be very healthy and a great ache & pain reliever, anti-inflammatory, etc. For more details google it. I started drinking it Oct 17, 2008 and am a firm believer. I got about 10 people at work drinking it and they also swear by it. Here it costs $17 a quart which seems expensive but for one glass a day it comes out to .53 cents a serving. Here it's found in our grocers dairy section. It's in great demand - sometimes the shelf is empty for days so you have to replace before your bottle is empty.

Did you have any previous inflamation that it helped. I've had arthritis since I was 36 and though I'm on meds, I'm still in pain most of the time. I'm not willing to up my meds as I want to save some of my liver for the good stuff . Just curious.
