With that price, no wonder you have trust fund babies and rich suburb escapee wannabees looking at the property.

For the record...if I heard your guns for the first time - you'd get a knock on your door and find a guy grinning like a wandering dog on your doorstep asking if you would like some company...gun in hand. LOL

I like the beer tip - good move.
I'm not sure. It is a nice old colonial house that was gutted and completely brought up to date. It has a smallish attached barn. The landscaping is very nice but without a garage I don't know. The last couple bought at the beginning of the upswing for $550,000 which we thought was really high and they dumped a lot of money into it. They won't break even at $600K. It might be the neighborhood too. The house at the end of the road is probably worth 1.25 million and the one behind the one for sale is probably worth $800,000 so that has some bearing on it I'm sure. We've turned down off the street offers on our place for $500,000.

No she did not just stop there though as I have heard that she is now raising an issue about my USED LUMBER piles that I have for my woodwork. Word has it she is going to the selectmen to ask that I build a shed so it can not be visible from the road. Not that the trees are not enough to hide it as she claims she can see it but the folks across from me can not see it.
Anyone know if there is a legal hunting season for these kind of pests??????????
Hi amacop
Sorry to read about all the trouble You are having with Your neighbor .
If You do decide to cover Your wood and/or firewood piles , I have a couple of " Heavy Duty Silver Canopy Tarps , 20 X 20 and 20 X 30 that are missing a grommet or two , and I can't use them in My tent rental business , and You are welcome to them . ( They should really " Brighten up " the back 40 )
I also have a Old Cordwood Saw at My buddies in No. Turner that is powered by a wide belt , any of Your friends have a old V-8 race motor with stacks ? You could tune it , and cut Your firewood at the same time .
We are trying to make it to Northport camping before the end of summer if You are interested in a tarp or two .
Bob

Redneck Stonehenge

Davis came up with the idea after neighbors who recently moved into homes next to his hayfield complained about his farm.

Neat idea! Maineah and Ranger could figure out a way to put up a 'fence' like that around Maineah's shootin' range!

THEN let that high-falutin' neighbor of his across the street just TRY to get $600,000 for their no-garage, overly-landscaped example of "This Old House" on steroids!

Now that would be ART and might end up disturbing your peace as tourists would be stopping by for a look see all the time.
