Searching for Edith Gagnon (grandma) (Rockland, Thomaston: living, area, date)

I am desperately looking for my mom's mom, Edith (middle name Eileen) Gagnon, last known address in Thomaston, Maine. Could be in Rockland, Union, or surrounding area. She is around 67 years of age, and we grandchildren have been wondering of her whereabouts for the last few years. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Another last name she has had was Carver, I think it's her maiden name. She was married to a Gallimore at one time. I know there are immediate realtives in the area as well. Her children are Sherri and Vicki, they reside in Illinois. Thank-you!

Some years ago I had to do genealogy research and the Thomaston clerk was very, very helpful to me. Not very many people live there (I'm in d.c. so consider my point of view) so if the clerk doesn't know the answer about people living there right now, the clerk nevertheless would probably have useful ideas about how you could go about quickly finding her and who you should get in touch with. (Another person who always seemed to have all the answers when I had questions was the librarian.)
