Happy Memorial Day Weekend Maine Friends!
 I just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU
to ALL of the SERVICE MEN & WOMEN from MAINE, and or NEW ENGLAND that
have served our country. THANK YOU TO YOUR FAMILIES for the sacrifices
you had to make. THANK YOU TO ALL!!
Lets HONOR, give THANKS to those that gave their lives,
so the rest of us can enjoy our FREEDOMS
Regardless of the GOOD or the BAD, we have an AMAZING country
AMAZING people full of a GREAT SPIRIT, just like the
GREAT STATE of MAINE! A GREAT HEART!!

Oh, I wish you & everyone here the best holiday too. I'm sure alot of people are having family home and firing up the grill for bar b q.
I'm holding off till July 4th to celebrate. We're always closed then for family gatherings and love those bar b q's.

We hope that everyone is able to enjoy themselves
I did walk in the Memorial Day parade in Bangor it was great!
But our VFW post always uses that time-frame to do a memorial service at a bunch of cemeteries and monuments; so last year I got roped into being the chaplain for those services.
I prefer the parade though |
