Let's see - bacon wrapped scallops cooked on the grill, lobster rolls, steamers, plunk me down a lobstah with some melted buttah and I'm in hog heaven, giggle!

All excellent choices! We usually have a whole Atlantic salmon with crabmeat stuffing and of course fresh peas for the fourth of July. A buddy of mine showed me how to cook striped bass filets on the grill wrapped in lemon slices and onion. It steams in the foil and is it ever good!
Love grilled or broiled swordfish too! We usually do a lobster feed at the camp on the ocean a few times a year....we're about due for one soon. Maybe next weekend for graduation!

Am I the only person living in Maine that does not like any type of seafood or fish? I have of course tried just about all of them and I just can not do it. I will take a nice steak or chicken or a good red hot dog.

You're definitely not alone. My son will not touch lobster or crabmeat. He will have an occasional clam but not steamed. He will eat haddock on occasion but no other fish. We only eat fish now when he's at work or out with friends.

Summer is here and it's time for fish and seafood! What is your ABSOLUTE favorite?? Or are you like me where you just CAN"T pick an ultimate favorite??
All sound good...love baked haddock, trout almondine, salmon cakes, lobster rolls, crab rolls, crab cakes and my all time favorite broiled scallops, fish and chips and clam chowder. I am looking forward to trying Maine shrimp.

Lobster, followed very closely by steamed clams, then scallop stew. Love smelts, but has been years since I last had some.
